Shipping and Returns
We offer £2.50 standard shipping, and FREE shipping for all orders over £100 delivered within England.
For EU orders, our shipping fee is £20. For US orders, our shipping fee is £25 and will take 5 to 10 working days for shipments to be delivered to USA. The customer/consignee will be responsible to pay if there are any duty fees. For orders being shipped to Scotland, there is a flat rate shipping fee of £5. Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges that may be incurred as part of an international order. We aim to ship UK orders within 2 working days however, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on location. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for international orders. Therefore, we ask that you please double check our size charts before completing your purchase.

What is your returns policy?
As an independent boutique brand, we sincerely hope you find our products to be of the highest quality and that they arrive safely in a timely manner exactly as you expect them to. However, we understand that sometimes we change our minds or need a different size, and if you do you have the option to return your product in exchange for a full refund.
If you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package, please send an email to marketing@pipandhenry.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we have received your email we will contact you with the next steps.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, with proof of purchase, in original packaging with all labels and components intact. Perfect condition means that the item is unworn, unused, and free from any marks.
Refunds will be credited to the original account that was used for purchase.
